We are about to learn asp and jsp.
We are using NetBeans IDE to make the portlet for the websites that we might be building in the future. I think dat asp and jsp are very interesting. By the use if JBoss, we can manage all the file of xml that we created for the websites. This knowledge are great of each of us, this is because that asp and jsp are widely used world wide. Most importantly its "IN". The latest of its kind. Last thursday night(19 june 08). When I am about to log in into the myspace page. The interface of the websites are totaly change dramatically. The menu bar are more user friendly. This may bring more impact the myspace user. "PHP" now are the old school. Somehow its still being used today and its all about to change. By using these style og asp or jsp programming we can create more interactive websites.

Eragon -Movie Reviews-
Movie review
We watch Eragon for our movie review project that day. One thing that I know about it is that the movie came from a book called by the same name. I didn't think this is the greatest movie of the time. For myself, I rather sleep wile this movie are playing because this movie isn't that good.
There were a lot of elements to complain about afterward and some of them were pretty huge. Others were just pet peeve kind of things that were probably more personal than anything. For example, I could not stand the mind voice of the dragon. It seemed completely out of place and lacked any kind of emotion that would have helped the scenes greatly. The special-effects were already rather horrible so they desperately needed to pump up the realism of the voice. In accordance with that, the communication aspect between boy and dragon was a bit awkward. Facial expressions were mainly to blame.
The largest flaws happened to be the camera angles and I would place 60% of my dislike on that. There were only two shots and they swapped back and forth every other scene. The first was a long-shot of a setting, always looking straight on, always having the characters directly in the center and having a lot of empty space on the sides. The second was a close-up of Eragon's face. Time after time it was just his face talking to the camera. He was talking to the dragon at the camera. He was talking to what's-his-name at the camera. He was talking to the bad guys at the camera. He cried at the camera. He smiled at the camera. By the end of the movie I could remember every single feature of his not-really-that-cute-anyway face. In fact, I can still remember it after having seen it quite awhile ago. It's etched into my mind and will probably remain there forever.
Now, I understand that it is mainly meant to be a kiddie movie. These things probably wouldn't matter to an audience of children. But the movie was long- too long. The dialog was boring. The acting was horrible. It's the same mistake in every single fantasy and action movie. They focus too much on filling it up with crazy languages and long drawn out histories instead of adding some lines that the audience can actually connect with. Take Star Wars for instance. At least that had some really crappy jokes that we could jeer at. Eragon gave us no help whatsoever. Even avid book readers got lost at some points, got bored, got fed up with how much the movie differed.
As a conclusion, you better read the book than watch is movie. This movie is boring and crappy. So, if this movie is for children you should bring your child, younger brother, or anyone that are might like this movie. I give it 2 out of 5 stars.
These are the few term that involves in film criticism:
1) Estrablishing shot
i)Extreme close-us
- a very tight close-up shot
that greatly magnies a tiny object
or shows a magnified view of part
an object or a person
such as:
shot of aface featuring only
the eyes, nose and mouth
ii)Close-Up
iii) Extream long shot
- A wide-angle shot/providing a bird
eye view of vast area.
- Usually a static shot filmed from
a high vantage point, it is most
often used to establish the geography
of an area or to suggest wide open apaces
1)Establish shot
i) Close-up
- Saphira in a serious mood while talking to Eragon. In this extreme close-up shot, we can see that the camera focused on the dragon. The best reason for this shot to happen is that the director is trying to get the viewer's attention by focusing on the dragon.
ii) Extream Close-up
- Eragon Shared the eye of his dragon Saphira. This show the audience that his eyes are changing into something diffenrent that might attract the viewer.
iii) Long Shot
- Showing the tomb of Brom. This is the sign of respect and sadness of the group.
In this shot, we can see 3 main charactors are in it. They are Eragon, Pricess Arya and the dragon. The reason this is an extreme long shot is there are 3 main charactors in the shot, and the view is on a hill.
iv) Extream long shot
- This is when Eragon and Murtagh are going to Aragos the place of the resistance. The long journey taking alot of time but the camera shows the surroundings from the start until the ends.
2)Sound effect
- are that good but no that bad.
3)Facial Expressions.
->Mood of action
- Eragon shot the arrow to save Brom from all the enemies that are chasing him. In this shot we can see that the camera focuses on the raging Eragon. He trying to show a powerfull of his arrow.
->First Person
- Dragon Rider rides dragon at the early of the movie. The viewer might feel how to fly with the dragon theirs elves.
